I have a special place in my heart for Puni Whisky. Following the journey of this young Distillery since it's start in 2012. Having visited every year since, tasting the new creations and sharing the excitement when the first real Whisky was released in 2015. It's stunning how, even at a young age, this Whisky already has a lot of character. Made from Barley, Rye and Wheat all locally sourced and even using a special old rye exclusively grown for Puni Whisky. The Whisky is distilled using traditional Scottish pot stills and those barrels intended for long maturation, mature in military bunkers from WWII. It's always a pleasure to be back every year and see the new and innovative ideas the team creates.
