Octomore Concept X4+10

Thought I'd share one of my older pictures. The Octomore Concept X4+10. What a beast! Quadruple distilled, 70%abv and 162 ppm.

Personal Tasting Notes:

Nose: It's light, lemon and citrus and just a hint of banana. The more water you add, the more it opens up with vanilla, sweetness and fruits. The smoke is just a hint at the very back.

Taste: I needed some time to get past the 70%abv. After that there is chilli and pepper but also lemon and honey. Add some water again and the fruits I always find in Octomore come to life. Mango, Apples and Melons. Then there is the vanilla and the sweetness. The smoke is almost non-existent.
